% 14.08.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks mandamus directing the respondents to declare seniority lists of the post of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director of regular officers working since 01.12.2008.

In view of the averments made in the said petition and the submission of counsel for the petitioner, the justice would be met if this court dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to declare the seniority list for the posts mentioned above.

Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent no.2 to declare seniority lists of the post of Joint Director,

Deputy Director and Assistant Director of regular officers working since 01.12.2008 within four weeks from the receipt of this order. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
