The present fresh bail application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking the grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 98/2025 dated 06.02.2025, for the offence under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS), registered at P.S. Bhalaswa Dairy, New Delhi.

The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail application with liberty to file afresh, if required.
