% 15.02.2017 Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. Status report has been filed which is taken on record. Address of the petitioner has been verified. It has also been verified that marriage of petitioner's niece is fixed for 28th February, 2017.

In the totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one week from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall

surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of.
