The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "(1) Pass an order thereby quashing the FIR No. 445 of 2021, registered at PS Dwarka South U/s 498A and sec 34, the Chargesheet dated 29.10.2022, the Orders dated 19.01.2024 and 07.03.2024, both passed by Ld. MM: Mahila Court-02, Dwarka Courts: Delhi and all other proceedings subsequently emanating therefrom.

(2) Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just, and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice."
