The present application has been filed by the complainant/applicant seeking modification of the order dated 26.11.2025, whereby bail was granted to the petitioner in connection with FIR no. 498/2024 under Section 80 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (equivalent to Section 304B of IPC).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant/applicant submits that the entire family of the petitioner stays abroad and there is every possibility that the petitioner may leave the country. He, therefore, urges the court that a condition may be imposed that the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the court. 3.

However, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today when the matter is called out. 4.

Owing to the sufficient cause shown by the learned counsel for the complainant/applicant in the application, this court deems it appropriate to modify the order dated 26.11.2025 and place an additional condition restricting the petitioner's travel.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in case the petitioner intends to travel abroad, he shall take prior permission of this court by moving an appropriate application.

The application stands disposed of.
