The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings emanating from FIR No. 220/2021 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Sagarpur.

Counsel for the Petitioner after making such submissions, she would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court wherever there is a material change in circumstances.
