By way of the present application the applicant seeks interim bail in FIR No. 21/2017 dated 29.01.2017 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that the jail authorities are trying to get the applicant's medical treatment done. Thus, she seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application alongwith pending applications, with liberty to file later, in case the authorities are found to be not in a position to provide appropriate medical treatment to the applicant. 3.

The bail application alongwith pending applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
