This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking consolidation of the complaints filed by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, bearing CC Nos. 14884/2016, 14885/2016, 14886/2016 and 14887/2016 all titled Rahul Kumar v. Vinay Kumar Pandey. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the prayer made.

Keeping in view that it is alleged that the complaints arise out of the same transaction, the petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Complaint cases, that is, CC Nos. 14884/2016, 14885/2016, 14886/2016, and 14887/2016 are consolidated to be taken up for trial together.

The pending application is also disposed of being rendered infructuous.
