W.P.(C) 8827/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

i.

Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s directing the Respondent No. 1 to demolish the property above mentioned which is declared dangerous by the Respondent No.1, vide Notice Bearing No. 1627/EE(B) SPZ/15, DATED 16.10.2015. and;

ii.

Direct the Respondent No. 2 to comply with the directions issued by the Respondent No. 1, vide Vacation Notice dated 15.06.2018. And/or iii.

Pass any other or further order/s or direction/s as this Hon‟ble Court deems fit and proper be also awarded

to the Petitioner and against the Respondents, in the interest of justice."

The only submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that his representation at page 23 of the paper-book be considered and disposed of. Learned counsel for the North Delhi Municipal Corporation has no objection in doing so. Accordingly, the representation shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from today. If aggrieved by the order to be passed, liberty is with the petitioner to seek such remedy as available in law. The petition is disposed of.
