% 16.08.2016 CM 10243/2013 (u/Section 151CPC) & CM 10244/2013 (Delay) Pursuant of the last order dated 12th July 2016 a fresh bank draft bearing No.975664 drawn on Syndicate Bank dated 14th July 2016 for Rs.2,10,060/- in the name of Ms. Murti Devi, wife of the deceased petitioner workman has been brought to the Court. Affidavits have been filed by the legal heirs of Jugal Kishore Sharma-deceased workman i.e. Devender, Sunity, Naresh and Meenu to the effect that they have no objection to their mother receiving the bank draft towards satisfaction of the impugned award. The demand draft has been accepted by the learned counsel for the applicant, and she submits that the award has been satisfied. The learned counsel for the parties submit that no further relief subsists. Since award has been duly satisfied, the applications are allowed and the writ petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.
