It transpires during the course of the hearing that the demolition action in respect of the property in question is obviated on account of the pendency of certain proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal, MCD. It is acceded that the outcome of the said proceedings will have a direct bearing on the proposed demolition action in respect of the property in question. 2.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The petitioner would be at liberty to pursue the matter/file afresh, depending upon the outcome of the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal, MCD.
