This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 10th December 2024, passed by this Court in W.P (C) No. 13734/2019, wherein directions had been given for reinstatement in the following terms: 2.

It is stated by counsel for respondent, who appears on an advance notice, states that a Special Leave Petition (SLP) had been filed, which has been dismissed by the Supreme Court on 16th May 2025. 3.

Counsel for respondent assured the Court that compliance will be done within the next eight weeks and at the earliest. 4.

They shall file a compliance affidavit with a copy to counsel for petitioner.

5.

In the event, compliance is not made, Concerned Officer will be liable to be proceeded ahead for contempt.

No further extension shall be granted on the timeline which is stipulated.
