The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 05.08.2019 passed by the District Magistrate pursuant to a complaint filed by respondent no.1 under Rule 22(3) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 as amended from time to time. 3.

The petitioner has an appellate remedy before the Divisional Commissioner under Rule 22(3)(4) of the said Rules. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of her alternative remedies. 5.

The pending application is also disposed of.
