After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to raise all issues before the learned Arbitral Tribunal.

It is clarified that all the questions and issues that arise for determination before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, are left open, and anything stated in this order as well as the impugned judgment dated 26.04.2024 will not preclude the parties from canvassing the same. 3.

The appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations. Pending application also stands disposed of. 4.

The learned Arbitral Tribunal is requested to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
