The present matter has been listed today on office note, whereby it has been pointed out that in paragraph 16 of the order dated 11.11.2024, the FIR number has been inadvertently mentioned as 386/2013 instead of 386/2014, which seems to be a typographical error. 2.

In view of the above, the order dated 11.11.2024 stands modified to the extent that FIR No. 386/2013 shall now be read as FIR No. 386/2014. 3.

No further orders are required to be passed in this case. 4.
