After some arguments, learned standing counsel for DDA states that the Vice-Chairman, DDA shall take a decision with regard to the access road to the appellant-school, in accordance with the order dated 16th May, 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, within four weeks. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to press the present appeal at this juncture. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as not pressed along with the applications at this juncture.
