This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 8825/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners (either one of them) on the basis of compassionate ground in view of government policy. As stated in the present petition, only petitioner no.1 has made representations dated 22.12.2018, 03.01.2019 and 13.02.2019, however, till date, no response has been received from the respondents side. Accordingly, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondent nos.2 & 3 to take a final decision on the representations made by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

In view of above directions, the petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
