It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Even otherwise, the petitioner by the present petition has challenged the order dated 30.03.2019, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts in FIR No. 79/2019, pursuant to which, Respondent No. 2 was admitted on bail. 5.

The petition was filed way back in the year 2019. 6.

On being asked, the Investigating Officer states that Respondent No. 2 has not misused the liberty granted to him. 7.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
