ARB.P. 512/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of Arbitrator. Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent agrees for the said appointment.
