HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JYOTI SINGH JYOTI SINGH, J. (ORAL) Notice was issued to the respondent on the last date of hearing. Mr. Utkarsh Divyankar, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection to the Arbitrator being appointed by this Court.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, Hon'ble Ms. Justice Reva Khetarpal (Former Judge of this Court) is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the primary agreement dated 29.12.2014, followed by two addendums dated 07.04.2015 and 19.01.2018. It is agreed between the parties that the Arbitration will be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DIAC') and as per the procedure ARB.P. 514/2019

fixed by it. Fee of the Arbitrator shall be fixed according to Fourth Schedule of the Act or as mutually agreed between the parties. The address and mobile number of the learned Arbitrator is as under:
