By way of present application, the applicant/State seeks the following relief:- "a. Modify/correct the judgment dated 19.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.A. 690/2023, in connection of FIR no. 780/2016 u/s 323/308/452/34 IPC, registered at PS Neb Sarai, to the extent of prayer sought in clause (a), i.e., "(a) Partially modify the impugned order on sentence dated 08.06.2022 passed by the Learned Sh. Narottam Kaushal, Principal District and Sessions Judge South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in SC No.552/19 titled as 'State v. Mani Ram @ Manish and Anr.' in FIR No. 780/2016, dated 25.10.2016 lodged at Police Station: Neb Sarai under Sections 323/308/452/34 IPC to the extent of non-compliance of the mandatory directions passed by this Hon'ble Court in Karan v. State, Crl. A. 352/2020 Karan v. State NCT of Delhi dated 27.11.2020.;" of in CRL.A. 690/2023 and maybe pleased to pass requisite direction on the relief sought by the applicant.."

State1 , on the basis of which relief was sought has been overruled by the 5 judge bench of this Court in Saif Ali @ Sohan v. State GNCTD of Delhi.2 3.

The appeal was considered on the basis of the other grounds which were raised during the course of arguments.

Hence, modification sought is not required. The application is accordingly dismissed.
