This is a joint petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 0022/2025 under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/ 3(5) of BNS registered at P.S.Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Learned APP, at the very outset, states that three persons are named in the FIR but the third person is not made party to the petition. He further states that matter is still under investigation. 3.
At this stage, Mr. Vinayak Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition at an appropriate stage after impleading all the parties. 4.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
