O R D E R

1.

The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred as 'A&C Act'), seeking urgent interim relief.

2.

Since an arbitral tribunal stands constituted vide order passed in ARB.P. 1688/2024, it is deemed apposite that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the A&C Act, which may be duly considered and dealt with by the learned Sole Arbitrator. It is directed accordingly.

3.

Subsisting interim order/s, as also the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, as recorded in the order dated 30.05.2024, shall continue to operate till the disposal of the Section 17 application by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

All rights and contentions of the respective parties on the merits of the matter are reserved and the same shall be duly considered by the learned Sole Arbitrator.
