This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties. 2.

The learned Arbitral Tribunal was constituted pursuant to an order dated 14.11.2018 passed by this Court.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal has been extended from time to time, lastly by an order dated 20.11.2023 passed by this Court in OMP (MISC.) (COMM) 590/2023. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is scheduled to expire on 31.05.024. 4.

extension of mandate of four months has been sought by the parties. 5.

Ms. Anupriya Poddar, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of four months from 31.05.2024.
