% 04.01.2018 Vide order dated 26th November, 2015 passed by the Hon'ble Court this case was directed to be transferred to the appropriate court having pecuniary jurisdiction in view of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015. Accordingly, this matter was transferred to East District, Karkardooma. Now, this matter has been received back from the court of District and Sessions Judge, Karkardooma in terms of the ADJ (East) order dated 20.12.2017 on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. It has been recorded in both the orders that the suit property falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Accordingly, registry is directed to transfer the matter to the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts.
