The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the arrest memo dated 29.08.2020 issued to the Petitioner for committing the offence punishable under Section 132 and 135(1)(a)(i) (A) and (B) and 135(1)(b)(i) (A) and (B) of the Customs Act, 1962; and (b) Pass such and other further orders as, may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
