% 26.05.2025 1.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 13.11.2024, 11.02.2025 and 01.04.2025, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Court, South-East, Delhi (hereafter 'Family Court'). The learned Family Court passed an ad interim order dated 13.11.2024, in Maintenance Petition No. 318/2024, noting the statement of the petitioner that he is working as Assistant Vice President in Kotak Mahindra Bank and is drawing a net salary of around ₹1,75,000/- per month. Only as an ad interim measure, the petitioner was directed to continue paying ₹25,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondent. 2.

Concededly the matter is listed for arguments on application seeking the interim maintenance on 25.07.2025. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 29/05/2025 at 12:38:09

3.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has various other responsibilities, which were not taken note of by the learned Family Court. He submits that the petitioner not only has to take care of his autistic brother but his parents also, who are also suffering from various medical ailments.

4.

He submits that the respondent is also in a position to maintain herself and does not require any maintenance. 5.

The petitioner by the present petition has challenged the orders whereby the learned Family Court has undisputedly only passed the order directing ad interim maintenance to be paid to the respondent. The matter is now fixed before the learned Family Court on 25.07.2025 for considering the final arguments on the application filed by the respondent seeking interim maintenance. Therefore, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.

6.

The petitioner is at liberty to take all arguments before the learned Family Court at the stage of arguments of interim maintenance.

7.

The learned Family Court is directed to pass an order on interim maintenance without being influenced by the filing of the present petition or any observations that may have been made in the present order.

8.

The petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in case any grievance remains in future. AMIT MAHAJAN, J MAY 26, 2025/'hkaur'
