No. 36564/2019 Mr. Sethi, Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that the appellant has prepared a better affidavit, which, he claims, is in compliance of the directions issued by the learned Single Judge. He wishes to place the said affidavit on the suit record.

In view of the aforesaid, he wishes to withdraw the appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to file the affidivait before the learned Single Judge who may consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
