% 21.05.2024 CM APPL. 30710/2024 (Seeking disposal of the petition in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th April, 2023) 1.

The instant application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking disposal of the writ petition in terms of the Settlement dated 6th April, 2023 arrived between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and the parties have settled all the disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 6th April, 2023. It is further submitted that since the matter is listed on 3rd September, 2024 in the category of Regular Matters, it is prayed that the matter may be preponed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th April, 2023 arrived at between the parties. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, on instructions, also submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the above, the submission pertaining to the preponment of the date of hearing is allowed and the matter is fixed today for hearing. 5.

Date already fixed i.e. 3rd September, 2024 before Registrar stands cancelled.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 6th April, 2023 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the instant application accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

The parties are also directed to remain bound by the terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.

W.P.(C) 2941/2007 In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 30710/2024, the instant petition stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant petition.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
