Mr. Rishi Raj, the factory head of defendant nos. 1 and 2 has joined the proceedings through VC link. He states that currently the defendant holds three perpetual licenses for the plaintiff's software. 2.

He states that in case defendant requires any additional license from the plaintiff, it will approach the plaintiff directly and it understands that it cannot use any software without first seeking the license from the plaintiff. 3.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the Local Commissioner's report dated 02.06.2025 and the submissions made by the defendant today, the suit can be disposed of. 4.

found installed. It records that only two systems had the software, which in view of the perpetual licenses held by the defendant were found not to be infringing. In view of the aforesaid report and the statement of the representatives of the defendants this court is satisfied that there is no cause of action for the plaintiff to pursue the suit. 5.

However, to safeguard the interests of the plaintiff, the statement of the defendant is taken on record; the defendant is held bound to the same and the suit is accordingly disposed of.

Pending application, if any, stand disposed of. 7.

Future dates stand cancelled.

Interim order stands vacated.
