Counsel for the parties submits that the parties have settled their disputes vide the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd September, 2025. 1.1 The Settlement Agreement has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record.

The Settlement Agreement bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendants no.1 and 2 on behalf of all the defendants. 3.

The plaintiff is present in Court and affirms his signature on the Settlement Agreement and the settlement arrived at between the parties. 4.

In view of the above, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit. 5.

Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

deposited by the defendants, along with accrued interest, in favour of the plaintiff.

Since the suit has been settled at an initial stage, Registry is also directed to refund the entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
