% 11.11.2024 Mr. Ojha, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, apprises the Court that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the respondents on 31 July 2023 have passed a fresh order under Section 83 of Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. Let a copy of the said order be provided to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner shall have liberty to adopt appropriate remedies in respect of that order, if so chosen and advised. Subject to the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition shall stand disposed of.
