With consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer (b) in the petition, which seeks a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 18 April 2024. Though prayer (b) also suggests the manner in which the representation should be decided, that issue is obviously left open. The respondent would at liberty to take a decision on the representation as it deems appropriate. 2.

Should the petitioner remain continued to be aggrieved by the decision of the respondent, the right of petitioner to re-approach the Court in accordance with law shall remain reserved. 3.
