% 24.01.2020 The appellant Smt.Seema Garg appears in person. Ms.Saroj Bala, Advocate the learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 5 alongwith the respondents no.2 to 5 in person, had identified the appellant and all the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide a settlement agreement dated 21.01.2020 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre per terms stated in paras no.a to f and they have entered the settlement voluntarily without any undue influence from any corner. The said settlement is placed on record. A demand draft of Rs.2,00,000/- bearing No.587078 dated 22.01.2020 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, Chawri Bazar, Delhi has been handed over to the appellant and the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- shall be handed over at the time of quashing of FIR

No.19/2011, P.S. Lahori Gate under Section 325 I.P.C. The parties shall be bound by the terms stipulated in the settlement agreement dated 21.01.2020.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above. Pending application(s) also stands disposed of.

Since the matter is settled between the parties before the mediation centre, the appellant shall be entitled to refund of the Court fee per provisions of the Court Fee Act.
