Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayers:
"a. Issue appropriate Writ or directions be issued for setting aside of the Impugned Interim Order dated 19.04.2024 passed by the Ld. Sole Arbitrator, Hon'ble Justice Gita Mittal (Retd.) in the case titled as "Tata Capital Financial Services Limited vs. M/s Green Land Motors and Ors".; and b. Pass any such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

present writ petition with liberty to reserve the rights of the Petitioners to raise the issues which are raised in the present Writ Petition in a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 3.
Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is also granted to the Petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Arbitrator expressing their inability to provide the documents.

As and when such an application is filed by the Petitioners, the same be decided on its own merits.
