The allotment of flats in Sri Durga Cooperative Group Housing Society, which has been challenged in this case, has already taken place and the decision on the Petitioner's expulsion from the membership of the said Society is already pending before the Delhi Cooperative Tribunal (hereinafter 'DCT').

In view thereof, the present writ petition is infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
