The limited relief sought by the petitioner is that his representation dated 24.05.2024 with regard to the alleged unauthorised construction on the property bearing no. A-40, Block-A, Mansarovar Park, Near Malhotra Kitchen, Shahdara, Delhi-110032, be decided by the Special Task Force, appointed by the Supreme Court in M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors. in WP(C) 4677/1985 vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018. 2.
Considering the innocuous nature of the relief sought, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation of the petitioner filed as annexure-P1 to the present petition be duly considered by the Special Task Force and a decision thereon may be taken expeditiously. Learned counsel for the MCD is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Special Task Force.

Learned counsel for the MCD submits that the construction in question is in terms of a sanctioned plan and is not unauthorised. This aspect shall be duly considered by the Special Task Force while disposing of the petitioner's representation.
