The settlement deed arrived at inter se the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 05.9.2016 is a part of the record. This shall be read along with the application which is duly supported by the affidavit of the respective parties. The application along with affidavit and the deed of settlement are collectively marked as Ex.P-1. Parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions contained in Ex.P-1. The suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of Ex.P-1. Decree sheet be drawn up.
