The only prayer in this writ petition was for a direction to Respondent 3 to decide the statutory Revision Petition of the petitioner dated 22 May 2023. The said Revi sion Petition stands decided by order dated 5 March 2025.

In these circumstances, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the decision o f the Revision Petition in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
