The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. Direct the Respondent/ Contemnor to show cause as to why action not be taken against them for having committed contempt of court in respect of their failure to comply with the final order/ judgement dated 16.11.2022 passed by Ld. Family Courts, Saket, Delhi in HMA Petition No. 488 of 2020 titled "Rajat Mudgal v. Shruti Chawla";

b. Direct Contemnor/ Respondent to bring back Master Shaurya to India and comply with the orders dated 16.11.2022 about the meeting of the minor child with the Petitioner in Family Courts, Saket, Delhi; c. Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the matter has been settled between the parties vide settlement agreement dated 04.12.2025 and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Petitioner and respondent are present today in Court through Video Conferencing and confirm the execution of the aforesaid settlement agreement.
