Mr. Pratik Malhotra, Petitioner in person, states that there has been a settlement between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2, Ankita Manav. He states that as per the terms of the settlement, the Petitioner has agreed to withdraw the present proceedings.

It is noted that there has been no appearance on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 since 4th December, 2024. In any event, since the Petitioner has decided to withdraw the present petition, there is no reason to continue the present proceedings.
