There has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner since 29 October 2024 despite the matter having been listed on five occasions.

The prayer clause in this petition reads thus : 3A) Issue a writ of a nature of mandamus whereby directing the respondents to frame Recruitments Rules regarding the posts created vide order No. O.IV-i/2016-Org-DA-IV dated 22.10.2019 (Annexure P-1), in a time bound manner;

B) Subsequently, direct the respondents to fill up the posts with all consequential benefits/seniority; and WP(C) 11358/2023
