% 20.10.2016 A perusal of the fresh nominal roll as sought for vide order dated 23rd September, 2016 reveals that the appellant has been released from the jail on 28th September, 2016 after completion of the substantive sentence and payment of fine.

Considering the fact that the appellant has undergone sentence Crl.A.138/2016 and Crl.M.B.253/2016 is disposed of as infrcutuous and not pressed.
