This writ petition was filed seeking directions to the respondents to pay the gratuity to the petitioner along with the interest. 2.

In the counter filed the stand taken by respondent no.1 is that the competent authority has passed an order to withhold the gratuity. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order withholding the gratuity has not been supplied.

This writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no.1 to supply the copy of the order withholding the gratuity to the petitioner within two weeks from today.
