This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-05, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trial Court') to expedite the trial in the proceedings emanating from the FIR No.602/2015 under Sections 306/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station: Moti Nagar, West District, Delhi.

The learned APP, on instructions from the IO, points out that 8 out of 20 witnesses already stand examined before the learned Trial Court. 3.
Keeping in view the above, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of nine months from the first listing of the trial before it, post this order. The learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
