% 21.05.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the nature of relief sought in the petition, the petitioner wishes to approach the Revenue Authorities as also the Waqf Tribunal and, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.
