The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:- "a) To quash/Set-aside the impugned transfer order - SCT 2024, dated 16/02/2024 passed by the office of Respondent No. 2 and the impugned revision petition order dated 05/04/2024passed by the office of Respondent No. 2.
b) To direct Respondents No. 2 to 6 to grant the Petitioner a posting from the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/06/2024 at 12:40:42

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners for some time. He states that he shall withdraw the present petition and make a fresh representation to the competent authority for change of transfer within two weeks from today. If that be so, the authority shall decide the representation within one week thereafter.

Till the time the petitioners' representation is decided, the petitioners be not relieved.

The present writ petition along with accompanying application is dismissed as withdrawn.
