% 11.07.2018 Counsel for the Defendants submits that the Plaintiff had in fact trespassed into public land and his son is trying to take possession of further area after his father's death. The SDMC has, therefore, on 24th April, 2018, taken possession of the land in question. Photographs have been placed on record.
The Plaintiff- Sh. Ram Kumar Gupta expired on 10th April, 2017. The application for the impleadment of LRs has not been filed by the Plaintiff. Mr. Sameer Rai, appearing on behalf of Mr. Praveen Kumar, Advocate submits that the LRs have not given any instruction despite the repeated reminders. The limitation for bringing the LRs on record has already expired. The suit is dismissed as having abated. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
