The Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the Order dated 16.05.2024 passed by Respondent No.2/Directorate General of Health Services, GNCTD blacklisting the Petitioners from participating in any future tenders.

The writ petition has been drafted in such a way which indicates that the Impugned Order dated 16.05.2024 amounts to Blacklisting Order. 3.

However, it is stated that the Impugned Order dated 16.05.2024 is in the nature of a Show Cause Notice and the Petitioner should respond to the said Show Cause Notice. The statement is taken on record. 4.
