The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia challenging the recovery/attachment orders from the Petitioner's salary.

The Petitioner is a teacher at Nigam Prathamik Bal Vidhyalaya, Jharoda Majra-11, which is under the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. The case of the Petitioner is that he had taken some loans and he has also been directed to pay maintenance to his wife. In view thereof, out of his total salary of Rs.1,45,503/-, almost 95% is getting deducted every month. This, according to him, is contrary to Section 60 CPC as it affects his livelihood. 4.

A perusal of the petition would show that there are no details about the various loans availed by the Petitioner, the various Awards passed against him or any proceedings which are still pending. When a query is put to the Petitioner's Counsel, it is submitted that the Petitioner has made representations repeatedly seeking the details, however, he has not been given the same.

In these circumstances, let the Petitioner's representation seeking details of the Awards and the appeals/any other proceedings against him be furnished to him within a period of two weeks. For the said purpose, the Petitioner can appear before the office of the Respondent No.1 on 5th June, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. and Respondent No.2 on 6th June, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Upon the details being given to the Petitioner, the Petitioner is free to avail of his remedies in accordance with law. No other orders are called for in this case. 7.
The petition is disposed of in these terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
